Respecting Privacy and Preventing Bullying:

1. Respect Yourself and Others: Cellphones, tablets, and laptops are for individual learning and authorized activities only. Recording, sharing, or posting photos, videos, or personal information of yourself or others without consent is strictly prohibited. Remember, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 protects your and your classmates' privacy.
2. Cyberbullying is Never Okay: Using your device to bully, harass, or intimidate others is unacceptable. This includes spreading rumors, sending offensive messages, or creating negative online content about others. Remember, the Anti-bullying Act of 2012 promotes a safe and inclusive school environment.
3. Seek Permission: Before using your device for non-learning activities, such as accessing social media or playing games, always ask for permission from the teacher. This ensures appropriate use and avoids disruptions during class time.

Promoting Learning and Responsible Use:

4. Silence is Golden: During lessons and activities, set your devices to silent mode and keep them out of sight. This minimizes distractions and allows you to focus on learning.
5. Authorized Apps and Websites: Use your device only for approved educational apps and websites related to the current lesson or activity. Unauthorized applications and surfing are prohibited.
6. Integrity and Responsibility: Remember that using your device for unauthorized purposes, including cheating on assignments or accessing inappropriate content, will result in disciplinary action.
7. Safety First: Be mindful of your online safety and avoid accessing harmful content or engaging in risky online activities. Report any suspicious websites or online interactions to your teacher immediately.

• Teachers will clearly communicate the consequences of violating these rules.
• Open communication and collaboration between students, teachers, and parents are crucial for effective implementation.
• Your teacher might confiscate your device and call up your parents if you violate the above rules. 
• The school might undertake the necessary disciplinary action against you if you violate the rules above.
